The services of Mindery Technologies constitute a self-help system designed to help you improve your mental health. Such advice and other material are not intended to replace the advice of a medical practitioner. You are entirely responsible for determining which of the recommended approaches to use if you want to use our services. We are not accountable or liable for any decisions made or actions are taken.
Use of Services1. Mindery Technologies, its team, employees, and agents are not liable for any claim, accident, or loss arising out of or in connection with the supply of Mindery Technologies Services received or agreed to be rendered under the Website, whether in contract, insurance, tort (including negligence), product liability, tax matters, or any other form of liability.
2. The User should consult with his or her physician before starting any yoga or other wellness program provided by the Service to ensure that the program is suitable for his or her needs.
3. Before starting on the trainer's or associated practitioner's advice or services, all previous medical problems, allergies, or health concerns should be reported in advance.
4. Individuals using the facilities are not liable for claims, suicidal thoughts, or worsening of their actual medical condition as a result of their medical history.
The user of our services must be eligible under certain criteria as specified below:
• Must be at least 16 years of age or below it must have written permission from the parents or guardians.
• Must have good physical health or otherwise have consulted from the related physician before beginning any course.
• Must have a single identified account with the Mindery technologies, considering the information submitted by the user to be true and fair.
• Must comply with terms and related government regulations applicable.
1. All the monetary transactions and official communication will be done under the name of “ Mindery Technologies Pvt Ltd. “
2. If a fee-based part of the Services is selected, the User agrees to cover all fees and expenses associated with his or her account on a timely basis.
3. Both charges and payments are due at the start of the subscription.
4. Both charges and fines (along with all applicable taxes and late fees) will be applied to the User's payment form.
5. As part of their account history, each User agrees to keep their payment records up to date.
6. The Company does not guarantee that a certain payment method would be eligible, and it retains the right to change its subscription pricing terms at any time.
Refunds and Cancellation
1. The amount paid once cannot be refunded.
2. In such cases, such as credit card decline, alleged appeal, order theft, and so on, the provider retains the right to refuse to cancel the subscription or payments.
3. In conjunction with the invoice, the company retains the right to take action to check the user's identity.
4. Orders that have been canceled or are no longer being processed by the company may be eligible for a refund.
5. Before your monthly or annual membership is automatically renewed, you must cancel it. Once your membership is renewed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Transfer of SubscriptionThe subscription cannot be revised, modified, or transferred under the name of another entity once it has been created. If the Services provide or include downloadable content, such as an app, or usage of the software provided by the Company for Publishers, the Company grants a personal, proprietary, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the application.
Third-Party Services
Mindery Technologies is not responsible for the availability of any Third Party Content and does not endorse their advertising, products, or other material. We make no claim and accept no responsibility for the quality, content, nature, or reliability of the Third-Party Services. We may not own or control any guidance, program, or recommendation provided by third-party service providers. You are not covered by our obligation if you contact third-party providers directly rather than via our apps and services.
User Conduct1. The Company expressly forbids using the Services for any reason other than those listed on the Company's website, and all Users commit to following this restriction.
2. Illegal and inappropriate use of the website is strictly prohibited. If you use the website illegally or irregularly, you will be subject to legal action.

This covers all ads, product packages, written magazines, presentations, publicity documents, activities and related marketing materials, tv and digital advertisements, videos, social media platforms, Applications, whether on our websites or in any other commercial manner.Privacy of User Material
Mindery Technologies aims at securing the information entered and submitted on the website, application, during, or even after the course of utilizing its services.
However, the User is responsible for keeping the secrecy of his or her information related to the Services, including his or her username and password.

THE SERVICES PROVIDE INFORMATION ON PERSONAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING AND ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND REFRESHMENT PURPOSE. BEFORE STARTING A NEW HEALTH AND WELLBEING PROGRAM, SEEK THE ADVICE OF YOUR PHYSICIAN. KNOWLEDGE OR HEALTH AND WELLBEING PROGRAMS AVAILABLE IN OR THROUGH THE SERVICES SHOULD NOT BE USED IN PLACE OF PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

Indemnification
